Freeze-Dried Strawberry Halves (Multi-Size Pack)

Ripe strawberries are halved and freeze-dried at sub-zero temperatures, a process that removes moisture without heat so the fruit keeps its bright red color and tangy-sweet flavor. Each half turns light and crisp, almost like a strawberry-flavored wafer — bite down and it crumbles into a burst of fruity flavor rather than a chewy mouthful. We use 100% strawberries with no added sugar and no preservatives; the tartness and sweetness you taste come entirely from the fruit. Because the pieces are so light, they work well crushed over cereal, yogurt, or baked goods, or eaten straight from the pouch. Choose from four pack sizes to match how you plan to use them. Store sealed away from moisture and heat, and reseal tightly after opening to hold the crunch.
